This program prepares student volunteers at Algonquin College to lead and coordinate events under the Vibrant Innovative Planners (VIP) organization. Participants will develop fundamental leadership skills, team coordination techniques, and communication strategies necessary for executing successful campaigns. The curriculum covers the specific landscape of college events in Ottawa, the core values of VIP, and practical methods for managing on-campus and off-campus logistics. Volunteers will gain proficiency in using internal communication tools such as WhatsApp and Instagram, as well as navigating the VIP member resource portal to ensure seamless event delivery and community engagement.
