  • What began as a passion has evolved into something more and we’re so excited for what’s ahead.

    The purpose of the VIP Club is to provide college students with opportunities to gain practical event planning experience, develop organizational and leadership skills, foster creativity, and create memorable campaigns and events for the college community.

    What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.

  • The VIP club was founded on February 2, 2026 by Laura Brooks & Sarah Stobo, third-year students in the new Bachelor of Event, Sport and Entertainment Management program.

  • Public Relations Officer

    The Public Relations Officer manages the public image of the VIP Club, ensuring the brand is perceived as professional, credible, and exciting both on and off campus.

    Time Commitment: Moderate, with spikes around major events or announcements

  • Social Media Officer

    The Social Media Officer curates the VIP Club’s digital voice. They bring the brand to life online through bold, engaging, and on-trend content.

    Time Commitment: Ongoing weekly involvement, heavier during event periods

  • Marketing Officer

    The Marketing Officer drives awareness and attendance for VIP initiatives through strategic, on-brand promotion across multiple channels.

    Time Commitment: Moderate, with campaign-based peaks

  • Logistics Officer

    The Logistics Officer ensures VIP events and initiatives run smoothly behind the scenes through precise planning and coordination.

    Time Commitment: Higher around events; lighter between activations

  • Sponsorship & Fundraising Officer

    The Sponsorship & Fundraising Officer secures financial and in-kind support to elevate VIP programming and member opportunities.

  • Technology Officer

    The Technology Officer is the digital backbone of the VIP Club. They manage all tech platforms, streamline internal systems, and ensure our online presence is seamless, secure, and on-brand.

  • Recruitment Officer

    The Recruitment Officer is responsible for growing the VIP Club community with intention. This role focuses on attracting engaged, creative, and driven members who align with the club’s vision.

    Time Commitment: Seasonal peaks during recruitment periods

  • Mentorship Program Director

    The Mentorship Program Director designs and leads VIP’s mentorship experience, connecting members with industry insights, peer guidance, and professional growth opportunities.

    Time Commitment: Moderate, with peaks during program launches and evaluations

  • Judicial Officer

    The Judicial Officer ensures integrity, accountability, and fairness within the VIP Club. As part of the Judicial Council, this role upholds the club’s constitution, policies, and standards.

    Time Commitment: Low-to-moderate, as needed
